Yes. The full education library and every competition are free for students — everything you need to learn and build your record. Joining the waitlist is free too. The business model sits on the employer side, not on you.
Is this only about trading?
No. The education covers finance broadly — markets, risk, banking, treasury, asset management, PE. The competitions are trading-based on purpose: a live, time-stamped P&L is the one thing that can't be faked, so it's the cleanest way to prove judgment and discipline — skills that every finance seat hires for.
When does recruitment launch?

Do I need to already be a "finance person"?
No. The whole point is that your background doesn't set your ceiling. One of our co-founders doesn't even have a finance degree. If you're willing to learn and prove it, this is built for you.
