1. You may be subject to basic identity verification, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) checks to confirm eligibility or for prize delivery purposes. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Platform Overview Reasoned Trading, a subsidiary of Reasoned Limited, hosts simulated trading competitions, analytics, and educational resources. All trading activity is conducted using simulated markets and simulated funds — no real money is traded, invested, or risked at any time. Competitions may offer access to prizes, funded account programs, or opportunities through third-party partners like proprietary trading firms (“prop firms”) or recruiters.

3. Data, Privacy, and User Responsibility By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy, which details the collection and handling of all trading data and personal data, including but not limited to gender, race, age, and all activities performed on the Platform. Any public information you share on leaderboards will be displayed under your selected username or alias; it is your responsibility to choose an identifier you are comfortable with. 4. Educational Purpose and No Financial Advice All content and services on the Platform are for educational and informational purposes only. Past performance, including simulated results, is not a guide to future performance, and no outcome is guaranteed.

5. Eligibility You must be at least 16 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher) to use the Platform. You must provide accurate, complete information and may be asked to verify your identity for participation or prize delivery.

6. Account Registration and Security You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and for all activities through your account. Reasoned Limited reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

7. Simulated Competitions, Leaderboards, and Automated Decision Making Competitions, leaderboards, rankings, and performance results are determined and displayed automatically using proprietary formulas and algorithms (“Formula X”). All results, rankings, and judging are performed without manual override, except for error correction.

8. Prizes, Third-Party Offers, and Limit of Responsibility Competition winners may receive rewards such as evaluation or funded account programs, internships, mentorships, or other incentives through third parties. Reasoned Trading’s responsibility ends at the point of hand-off.After providing direct contact with relevant third-party providers, users must handle any disputes, fulfilment, or management directly with the provider. Reasoned Limited does not guarantee ongoing success or outcomes with third-party organizations and is not liable for any further engagement

9. Third-Party Services and Tools Use of integrated third-party tools, APIs, or content is at your own risk and subject to those providers’ terms. Reasoned Limited assumes no liability for the accuracy or reliability of any third-party service or content.

10. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to use the Platform unlawfully, fraudulently, or deceptively; manipulate, falsify, or automate simulated trading results; interfere with the Platform; or misrepresent your identity. Violations may result in suspension, termination, or disqualification.

11. Intellectual Property and User Submissions All platform content is property of Reasoned Limited or licensors. By submitting content, strategies, comments, or analytics, you grant Reasoned Trading a right to display and use such submissions for educational and promotional purposes.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties. Reasoned Limited makes no guarantees about availability, accuracy of simulated data, or suitability of third-party content.

13. Accessibility and Service Availability Reasoned Trading does not guarantee uninterrupted access to competitions, leaderboards, analytics, or other features. Access may be limited or suspended at any time due to technical issues, maintenance, or third-party dependencies. Reasoned Limited will endeavour to restore services swiftly but accepts no liability for interruptions.

14. Modification or Cancellation of Competitions Reasoned Trading reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel competitions or platform features at any time, when it is in the best interest of users and when substantial advance warning can be reasonably provided.

15. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reasoned Limited, Reasoned Trading, and their affiliates, employees, and partners are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, regardless of cause, related to your use of the Platform, competitions, or third-party interactions.

17. Indemnification You agree to indemnify Reasoned Limited, Reasoned Trading, and affiliates against claims or losses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of laws.

18. Termination Reasoned Limited may suspend or terminate access or participation at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

19. Severability If any provision is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

20. Entire Agreement These Terms, alongside posted policies and competition rules, form the full agreement between you and Reasoned Limited.

21. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes willbe communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales unless otherwise required by law.
